Reservations policies

Traditional rates include nightly accommodations and access to seasonal Club amenities such as golf, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, swimming pool, nature trails and lake activities. Supplemental charges will apply for meals, alcohol, canned or bottled beverages, guided activities, gift shop items, specialty wellness and fitness classes, golf or tennis instruction. During different times of the year, you will see additional package rate options that may include meals and other amenities. Please review rate details for those packages to understand inclusions.

A two-night minimum is required for all stays unless otherwise noted. A three-night minimum is required from May through October, and a four-night minimum is required over some holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Friday and Saturday must be booked together. Contact the Reservations team for more information.

Please note that in January and February, we are closed on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; in March, we are closed Sunday through Wednesday; and in April, we are closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Guests departing the morning of closing days can still enjoy breakfast service, with the Inn reopening for arrivals and dinner on the afternoons of opening days.

CHILDREN

Children of any age are welcome throughout the year at High Hampton.

Select accommodations are large enough to add an additional guest in the room. Children under four years of age may stay in their parents’ room free of charge. Children over the age of 4 will incur an additional person fee of $50 per person, per night. During select times of the year, you will see additional package rate options that may include meals and other amenities. The additional person fee incurred with these packages is $150 per person, per night.

DINING

All meals are special events at High Hampton, and our culinary team takes great pride in using only the finest ingredients to create memorable cuisine.

To ensure we provide the best dining experience, groups of 11 or more guests will be seated at separate tables. Dining times are based on availability.

THE DINING ROOM AT HIGH HAMPTON

  • Breakfast can be enjoyed from 7:30 – 10:30am, at à la carte pricing.
  • Dinner is a multi-course experience and reservations are available from 5:30 - 9:00pm.

THE TAVERN

  • Lunch is available from 12:00 noon until 2:30pm at a supplemental charge.
  • Afternoon snacks and cocktails are available after lunch.

DINING ATTIRE

  • Dinner in The Dining Room is an elevated experience where guests look forward to dressing up. Kindly note that suits, dress pants, skirts, dresses, well-kept dark denim and collared shirts are great options. Ties are optional, while jackets are suggested. T-shirts, sporting attire, and casual wear are not permitted for dinner in the Inn Dining Room.
  • Meals in The Tavern are resort casual.

Children of any age are welcome throughout the year at High Hampton. Families with children under the age of 6 are asked to dine during the earlier reservations times between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm for dinner in The Dining Room.

PET POLICY

While we love pets, we do not allow pets at High Hampton, aside from service animals.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 – 15 days of arrival, we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates within one year of your original arrival date, based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, half of your original deposit will be forfeited, and the remainder of your deposit will be moved to your new reservation dates that must fall within one year of your original arrival date.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS

Please note that cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will result in a full refund of the activity fee. Cancellations made within 29 days of the event date will result in a forfeiture of the event activity fee.

DEPOSIT

A two-night deposit per room will be charged at time of confirming a reservation. All applicable event activity fees will be charged at the time of confirmation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00pm. Departure is at 12 noon. While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00pm. However, we can store your luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.
