Fallen Leaves Cocktail Recipe

High Hampton Cocktail in Coupe Glass

Whether sharing with friends during a get-together or enjoying solo to soak in the flavors of Fall, a festive sip is one of the best ways to celebrate the turn of the season. The High Hampton Beverage team’s Fallen Leaves cocktail takes a classic apple cider and elevates the flavor with decadent additions of maple syrup and a cinnamon brown sugar rim. Check out the recipe, and make it at home this Autumn!


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounces Grey Goose vodka (or your vodka of choice)
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounces sparkling apple cider
  • ¼ ounce maple syrup (substitution options: vanilla syrup, honey syrup, chai syrup)
  • Lemon twist, for garnish


To make:
Coat the rim of a coupe glass with lemon, and dip it in brown sugar cinnamon.
Add all ingredients to an iced shaker tin. Shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add a lemon twist for garnish.
