Highlands Food & Wine Festival
PM Executive Chef and Culinary Director Scott Franqueza was assisted by AM Executive Chef Zach Chancey and a member of the kitchen team to serve his delicious red wine short rib with Carolina gold grits and pickled ginger at the Grand Tasting event. On November 12, we joined together with our neighbors in the Highlands to celebrate our love for food and for the community. We are excited to continue welcoming our neighbors and friends to enjoy the amazing food at High Hampton. Cheers to a great event!
