Spring Letter from the General Manager
Happy Spring from High Hampton!
It’s my first Spring since moving to North Carolina, and I can’t wait to explore everything Cashiers has to offer during this new season!
I’ve always loved mountain biking, fly fishing and exploring the outdoors, and I can’t think of a better place to enjoy those things than here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are so many great opportunities to get outside, whether you’re venturing on High Hampton’s hiking trails, getting into a little competition on the pickleball court or taking advantage of waterfall hikes and local festivals around Jackson County.
We’ve got a couple more Winter Weekend Getaways to look forward to at the Inn as we welcome in Spring: Brackish Workshop and our second Mah Jongg with Dana Lange. Easter and Mother’s Day are also on the horizon, and I am excited to enjoy and share in holiday traditions and celebrations with our guests and team.
I look forward to connecting with more visitors this season and getting outside to enjoy the amazing weather and environment here in Cashiers. If you see me at the Inn, be sure to share your favorite Spring recommendations with me!
Sincerely,
Luke Callaghan
