High Hampton has been welcoming guests and putting on a good time for over a century. Tucked at the foot of a breathtaking rock face, at the edge of a serene mountain lake, the Inn is one of America's most beloved historic hotels. Since the beginning, it’s been a place for relaxing and reconnecting with family, friends and nature. 

In 2020 and 2021, the Beall family and the team behind Blackberry Farm set out to restore the Inn to its historic roots, not reinvent it. The goal was simple: honor an important North Carolina landmark and bring it back to life for the next generation of guests. With its bark-sided exterior, wrap-around porches and rustic wood-paneled interiors, the charming structure embodies the very essence of rustic mountain luxury. Protected on the National Registry of Historic Places, this American treasure has been thoughtfully restored and carefully updated while preserving its original soul. 

Inn guests can expect all the charm that comes with an over 100-year-old building, including creaky floors, conversations that float down the hallway and rustic character. As a guest of the Inn, you'll also have full access to the amenities of High Hampton's Residential Membership Club, including: golf, tennis, the pool, the fitness center and three additional restaurants.
